Adrian Sarkozy Fear, BA, IBCLC
I entered into the world of lactation shortly after my first son was born. I was a client of Brandy Walters, who saved our nursing relationship. I left behind the world of competitive cycling to breastfeed my son because I was struggling with balancing long training sessions and maintaining an ample milk supply. I became a La Leche League Leader and supported hundreds of mothers in face to face meetings, through text, phone and email support. Six years ago I began the long journey of becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have successfully nursed my four babies who I delivered at home.
La Leche League taught me so much of what I know about counseling nursing women. As an IBCLC, I am here to support you and help you accomplish your goals while providing evidence based information. At consultations, we work to fix the problems you are having, accomplish your goals, and make sure you baby is thriving. But most of all, we support you and what you and your family choose for your baby.
I am very interested in continuing my education in the field of lactation and always seeking new seminars to attend or researching the latest articles.
I am a member of Michigan Association of Lactation Consultants (MALC) and International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA).
